The “Oltre il Giardino – Social Inclusion Observatory” project, approved in the ERASMUS + 2020-1-IT02-KA204-079679 program (Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices – Strategic partnerships in the field of education, training and of youth) had among its main objectives that of creating a European platform for the management of surveys, useful for promoting the autonomy and independence of people with social hardship.

The Europa Social Survey, for the entire duration of the Project, was the service platform of the Tool-Kit implemented on a tablet available to partners. The Tool-kit had the function of being an IT support for instructions on the correct methods of administering social, ethical and regulatory research, and above all a tool for compiling surveys: web and speech surveys to promote autonomy and freedom of opinion of the interviewee.

In particular, the Speech Survey was designed and created for the O2 Project Output, and is an operator-free speech delivery and recognition system, which takes place using A.I. (Artificial intelligence). The questionnaire called WAR was administered in the respective languages ​​of the members of the partnership using the Project Tool-Kit installed on tablets made available to the individual Partners. The Tool-Kit, via the installed web app, interfaced with EUROPA SOCIAL SURVEY.

The languages ​​used were: Italian, Greek, Portuguese and Spanish.
